ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum purchase on all orders is $200. See catalogue for minimum quantities per product.

ORDER/PAYMENT METHOD

I currently accept payment by credit card (via Bonsai/Stripe, our secure online invoicing system). You may place orders via the order form provided on the password-protected catalogue page (Password will be provided after setting up your wholesale account). You'll be sent a link to view and pay your invoice shortly after placing your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and is calculated after receiving your purchase order. You will be provided with an invoice including shipping costs before your order and payment are processed.

LEAD TIME

After submitting your order, you will receive an invoice from me via email within 1-3 days with order details and the final cost including shipping. Once you have received the invoice, your order will be processed and shipped via USPS within 1-3 weeks (this will vary depending on the size of your order and your location. A more accurate shipping estimate can be provided once the order has been placed). If you need to place a rush order just let me know and I will do what I can to get your items to you as soon as possible!

returns & cancellations

Returns will only be accepted if there is any damage or you are not satisfied with the product, and must be returned within 15 days of receiving the product. After your order has been processed, there will be a 20% fee for any cancellations, and cancellations must be requested within one week of confirming your order.
